A Mum's Experience

A recent study has shown that over 45% of teenage girls think of themselves as being overweight. Shocked by this statistic, and as a mother to a 9 year old daughter, Kate Swinson, Founder and Owner of ME V ME Activewear, decided to take action now to try and teach her daughter the importance of being able to First Love Yourself and feel strong and confident about your own body and self image.
