Meet the Mum & Me team
Tam is an experienced PT with boundless enthusiasm and energy. She is specifically qualified in pre and post-natal fitness and has worked with hundreds of women to help them regain their fitness after having babies. Tam is an inspiring trainer who loves working with Mums to get super fit and set a fabulous healthy example to their little ones.
Tam loves all sport and when not working hard running Mum & Me is often found running, swimming, weight training, practicing yoga, skiing, sailing or drinking tea.
Sue is a personal trainer who has been in the fitness industry for 20 years and loves helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. She takes some of our fab classes and outside summer training sessions, when the weather allows!
Sue loves cycling & running. At the moment she is buggy running with her little boy but has done many half marathons and the London marathon, twice!
Clare is a personal trainer and the newest member of the Mum and Me team. Clare delivers home personal training sessions and likes to work with her clients in a relaxed setting to help them improve their fitness. Home PT sessions with Clare are another great way to work out without needing to arrange childcare as she will plan her sessions around any little ones being there too.
