What is Mum & Me Fitness?
Our high energy, friendly, positive classes are circuit-based which means you move around lots of different exercises and work in small groups to help each other.
Can I bring my baby/child along?
Absolutely! We provide a safe and fun area in the centre of the room for little ones to play in whilst you can work out with other Mums. You will be able to watch them at all times, and if they need you, no problem! Some of the older ones even love to join in too! We have children from a few weeks old up to school age; older school-aged children are welcome when they're not at school.
We also run evening classes. On a Monday we have box circuits at 7pm at Warwick School and a 6pm circuits class on a Wednesday night at Chase Meadow, for Mums who work during the week, or prefer to train without their children or those with their teenage kids.
Can I join if I'm pregnant or just had a baby?
Of course. We are specifically qualified in pre and post-natal fitness so will help you to work out safely whilst also pushing you to achieve your goals. We advise waiting until your first 6-week postnatal check-up (or medical clearance following a c-section), before starting exercise.
What kind of exercise do you do?
Over the course of an hour, we work in short bursts and incorporate HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sections into all our classes to get you burning fat and toning up. If at any time you need to stop to be with your baby, that is always totally fine.
How much is it?
Your first session is FREE. Thereafter, £7 pay as you go for you and your little ones, or £39 for a 6 Session Flexible Discount Card, or our best price £60 for a 10 Session Flexible Discount card, that can be used at any of our classes.
Our evening classes are £6 per person or £30 for a 6 Session Evening Flexible Discount Card.
* Flexible Discounts Cards are non refundable or transferable.
Where and when are the classes?
Chase Meadow Community Hall, Narrow Hall Meadow, Warwick CV34 6BT
Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10.45am (we train throughout the year including bank holidays and school holidays, with the exception of Easter and Christmas!)
What happens when I'm back at work or prefer to train in the evening?
For Mums who would like to train later in the day, or on their own, or with their older children, we also have HIIT Circuits on Wednesdays at 6pm at Chase Meadow Community Hall, Narrow Hall Meadow, Warwick, CV34 6BT
HIIT Circuit Training is when you work hard for quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods.
It's fun, it's fast, it's effective!
And for something a little different on a Monday evening we have
Box Circuits at Warwick School at 7pm for adults and their older children.
Box Circuits is a high intensity, group fitness circuits class.
It's cardio boxing with circuits exercises.
This full body workout will help release any frustrations, it will burn a high number of calories and it's loads of fun too
So why not give it a try? Come along, meet other Mums and get fit in a relaxed and friendly setting with your little one.
