We love this Nordic Stone Age Bread

It's packed with healthy nuts and seeds, super easy to make, can be stored for about a week in the fridge and can go in the freezer too.

Its a fantastically filling healthy snack. It tastes great on its own or you can have it with both savoury or sweet sides. But alone it's handy when you're out & about or it might just do the trick during a night feed. It's high in satiety (which is about keeping us fuller for longer) this comes from the protein & fibre in the nuts & seeds.

However take note, along with all the great benefits it comes with a high calorie count, approx 200 per slice (20 slices a loaf) so please eat responsibly .. it's a very moreish Nordic Loaf.
